Club Overview
mission
Creating a society where children can take on challenges with peace of mind
A.C. Ammariatore is a soccer club founded in the Minamihira district in 2011. Our greatest mission is not simply to teach soccer. Through soccer, we aim to provide an environment where children can feel safe and challenge themselves, and develop the ability to think and act independently. We hope that the children who grow up here will become independent adults who can overcome challenges while working together with their peers when they enter society in the future. And we hope that they will use their strengths to contribute to society and to others, filling the world with smiles and happiness. - Collaboration with the Government - Ammariatore is currently responsible for the local expansion of club activities at public junior high schools in the southern part of Kawaguchi City. This is an advanced initiative aimed at realizing the national educational policy of "localizing club activities." The club has earned the trust of the government and is providing on-site practice and feedback.
The club's vision for the future
AC Ammaliatore does not aim to be a "strong team," but rather a "team that develops strong people."
We will create a development line that allows children to grow consistently from toddlers to elementary school students and junior high school students, and in the future it will become a platform that spans education, welfare, and local communities.
That is the future we envision.
Leadership philosophy
Ask questions, not give answers
By providing this kind of environment, children will grow into people who can think for themselves, take on challenges, and take action.
Create an environment where players can think together and make adjustments
Value "challenging attitude" more than winning
Muto sees soccer as a "sport of decision-making." Pass, dribble, shoot -- everything is left to the player's judgment. That's why it's so important for players to acquire the ability to think and make decisions for themselves during their developmental years. These abilities will then be put to good use when they enter society in the future, developing problem-solving skills, the ability to collaborate, and creativity. Soccer is more than just a sport; it is an education in itself, developing the skills needed to survive in life.
Why did you start the club?
"We want to create an environment where all children, not just those who are good at soccer, can feel safe and take on the challenge." This desire was the starting point for the founding of the club. At the time, only a select few children were able to continue playing soccer in a "good environment." However, what is really needed is "a place where everyone can feel safe and take on the challenge." An environment where children can take on challenges broadens their futures and serves as the foundation for their growth.
